The Eastern Florida State College men's tennis team opens a big weekend of tennis at the Tyer Junior College Tournament.
The Titans come into the tournament ranked third in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's NJCAA Division I national ranking and will face four teams ranked in the top six in the nation.
Eastern Florida State College will begin Friday with a match against No. 5 Cowley College at 1 p.m. at Tyler Junior College. Then the Titans will play No. 6 Collin College at 7 p.m.
On Saturday, Eastern Florida State College will play No. 10 ranked Weatherford College at 1 p.m. and then No. 4 Pratt Community College at 7 p.m.
The team will wrap up the weekend against No. 1 Tyler Junior College Sunday at 10 am.
Fernando Martinez Belinchon comes into the weekend ranked third individually in singles while teammate Pablo Garcia is ranked 15th and Johan Mottlau is 18th.
