Men's soccer team moves up to No. 2 in national poll

The Eastern Florida State College men's soccer team moved up one spot to No. 2 in the latest NJCAA Division I National Poll released on Monday.

The Titans are 6-0 on the season and are coming off a 6-0 win over No. 8 Illinois Central over the weekend.

Iowa Western Community College remains No. 1 in the poll with Tyler Junior College moving up to No. 3 in the poll. Cowley County Community College and Indian Hills Community College round out the top five.

Daytona State College is ranked ninth in the latest poll.

The Titans will travel to Miami Dade College for the Region 8 Conference opener on Sept. 24. The game will kick off at 7 p.m. The Titans won't be back home until Oct. 9 against No. 12 Harcum College for a 1 p.m. game at Orlando Health Stadium.
