Baseball team hits road to begin busy week
The Eastern Florida State College baseball team will hit the road for a busy week of games beginning Tuesday at Palm Beach State College
The Eastern Florida State College baseball team will hit the road for a busy week of games beginning Tuesday.
The Titans, who are 5-3 on the season, will travel to Palm Beach State College for a 2 p.m. game on Tuesday and then on Thursday they will travel to the State College of Florida-Manatee for a non-conference game at 5 p.m.
Palm Beach State College is 4-4 this season but have won three straight games while the State College of Florida-Manatee is 3-4 but has won three straight as well.
Eastern Florida State College will be back at Bruce Bochy Field on Saturday for a doubleheader against TNXL Academy beginning at 1 p.m.
The offense is hitting .279 this season in eight games led by Iziah Santiago who is hitting .368 with a couple of doubles in seven games.
Saturday's doubleheader will begin at 1 p.m. at Bruce Bochy Field and admission is free. Fans can also watch the doubleheader live online at the EFSC Titans YouTube page.
