Eastern Florida State College women's basketball player Skye Williams has been selected to play in the 11th annual NJCAA Women's Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Weekend July 19-22 at Clayton State University in Atlanta, Ga.
Williams was one of 40 student-athletes selected to play in the All-Star event that will feature the top returning sophomores from all three divisions.
In her freshman season with the Titans, Williams averaged 14.1 points per game to go with 4.5 rebounds and 2.9 assists. The Indianapolis, Indiana native was named first team All-State as well as a first team all-Suncoast Conference player.
The 40 players will be split up into teams and will practice with their new teams on Saturday and then play two games on both Sunday and Monday.
Overall, 31 different NJCAA institutions will be represented in the All-Star weekend.
