The Eastern Florida State College men's golf team is in second place after the first day of the NJCAA District 4 Preview in Alabama.
Brad Bawden once again led the Titans and sits in second place after shooting rounds of 72 and 73 at the par 72 Country Club of Brewton.
Teammates Tyler Bennett shot a 73 and 77 for 150 while Fraser Davren shot 73 and 78 for a 151 and Michael Stewart shot 75, 77 for a 152. Kyle Decenzo shot the best round of the day for the Titans with a 1-under 71 in the second round and is at 154.

"The team had its ups and downs and played better than the final score indicates," Eastern Florida State College men's golf coach Jamie Howell said. "We need to be sharper tomorrow and we can make up the shots."
Central Alabama leads after Day 1 with a 586, the Titans are five strokes back.
