Club Lacrosse makes debut

The Eastern Florida State College Men's Club Lacrosse Team made its debut on Jan. 28 against Florida Atlantic University in front of a large crowd on the Melbourne campus.

The team lost to FAU 14-9.

The club lacrosse team is open to players currently enrolled as full-time EFSC students and players must be academically eligible.

The club team will play eight more times with two yet to be determined.

Saturday, Feb. 11 - home vs. Barry University, 2 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 18 - home vs. Embry-Riddle, 2 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 25 - at Florida Gulf Coast University, 5 p.m.

Saturday, March 11 - at Barry University, TBA

Saturday, March 18 - home vs. North Florida, 2 p.m.

Saturday, April 1 - at Stetson University, 1 p.m.

Two additional games TBD

Home games are played at the soccer practice field on the Melbourne campus. The club team is not regulated by the NJCAA, Region 8, or the Southern conference.
